Site inspection - take photos, measurements, assess the site and lighting aspect.

- Provide suggested itemised styling pieces of furnishings for the room/s required (see right) for each room
I will prepare for you my recommendations where we can connect online for a video meeting, onsite or via email to go over the proposal.
STYLING CONCEPT + FITOUT
This provides Option 1 Styling Concept Design along with also the Fit Out where I procure, coordinate & style your property ready for photo shoot.
- I'll provide the plan of attack, concept, procurement of all agreed items and styled from top to bottom ready to shine.
- I'll arrange whatever trades are required and coordinate fit-out and deliveries of furnishings
- Furniture installed and styled to perfection
- Showtime! Onsite photoshoot prep with photographer- I"m here to ensure the shots are taken at the best time to showcase your property.
